Great to meet you!

When stress builds up, it can come out as frustration, anger, burnout, difficulty focusing, or feeling unlike yourself.

I help women and adults work through women’s issues, anger management, ADHD, anxiety, and life transitions. I serve clients across Florida, South Carolina, and Idaho through telehealth, making support more accessible wherever you are.

My approach to therapy

I help clients understand the patterns behind their emotions, reactions, and daily challenges so they can respond differently and feel more in control.

Together, we’ll build practical tools for emotional regulation, communication, focus, boundaries, and confidence in a way that fits your real life.

What you can expect from me

It’s completely normal to feel nervous or unsure about starting therapy.

In our first session, we’ll talk through what’s been happening, what feels hardest right now, and what goals matter most to you. You don’t need to prepare perfectly—we’ll begin where you are.
