Great to meet you!

I've been practicing therapy for over a decade on college campuses, community health centers and the LGBTQ+ Center of Houston. I especially enjoy supporting clients through their own identity discoveries and feelings of worth along with processing the impact of romantic, platonic and familial relationships.

My approach to therapy

I believe in the power of relationships and have a passion for cultivating a therapeutic alliance that creates safety and connectedness. My approach is collaborative, attachment oriented and trauma informed.

What you can expect from me

You'll leave sessions with a deeper understanding of yourself along with new perspectives on relationships to strengthen your community and support system.
