Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) that entered the field with passion to support others in navigating life's challenges. I started my career working with adolescent females and families with a focus on empowerment. I have since focused on developing and broadening my skills including obtaining my Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Certificate. I also have years of experience in crisis and acute psychiatry.

My approach to therapy

I am a compassionate and collaborative counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and self-understanding. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

My approach is strengths-based and focused on increasing self-awareness and encouraging meaningful self-reflection. I work with clients to build on their existing strengths while developing practical tools to support growth and lasting change.

I take a holistic perspective, recognizing the strong connection between mental and physical health. I incorporate factors such as stress, movement, sleep, and daily habits into our work, helping clients create sustainable changes that support overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, my goal is to begin getting to know you and creating a comfortable, supportive environment where you feel at ease. We will start building rapport while exploring what brings you to therapy and any concerns or challenges you’d like to address.

I will ask questions to better understand your background, current experiences, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we will begin identifying your goals and discuss what the therapy process may look like, including expectations, pacing, and how we can best work together.

This initial session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine if this feels like a good fit for you.
