I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oklahoma. I enjoy working with children, teens, seniors, adults and people with disabilities. I also have several years experience working with people with intellectual disabilities. Currently, I am only offering telehealth counseling services.
My approach to therapy is to help you understand and process what you are struggling with in life and assist in developing goals to achieve improved results for a healthier and happier you. We will explore the whole problem and develop ways to solve the concerns, and develop skills along the way to learn how to manage them now and for future situations. I use CBT and narrative therapy, most often.
I strive to help my client's feel understood and empowered. I will challenge you to meet the goals we create together, while providing support, sincerity, and empathetic listening.
