I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, co-occurring disorders, and emotional dysregulation. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), which helps clients build skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
