Great to meet you!

I want clients to know that I bring both clinical training and lived experience to the work we do together. As a therapist and a new mother, I understand how deeply transformative—and at times overwhelming—pregnancy and motherhood can be. My approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based practice. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and free to explore your thoughts, emotions, and needs without judgment.

I value collaboration, honesty, and meeting you exactly where you are. I believe growth happens when we feel safe, heard, and guided with intention. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, clarify what truly matters, and build a life that feels aligned with your values—both as a mother and as an individual.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping you live a more meaningful life. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which means we work on accepting difficult thoughts and feelings rather than fighting them, while also helping you connect with your values and take steps toward what really matters to you. I’ll support you in building skills to handle life’s challenges with more confidence and self-compassion. Together, we’ll create space for growth, healing, and change—at your pace, in a way that feels true to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space where we begin getting to know each other. I’ll ask about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and what you’re experiencing in your day-to-day life—especially as it relates to pregnancy or motherhood. There’s no pressure to share everything at once; we go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

We’ll talk about your goals, explore your values, and start identifying what feels most important for us to focus on. I’ll also explain how I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy so you know what to expect moving forward. My aim is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
