Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they can feel seen, heard, and understood. My approach is collaborative and empowering, meaning we will work together to better understand what you are experiencing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools that support healing, growth, and emotional wellness.

I believe therapy is not about judgment or “fixing” someone; it is about creating space to learn, improve, and visualize a healthier way forward. I meet clients with compassion, honesty, and respect while helping them strengthen coping skills, build self-awareness, improve boundaries, and move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and supportive. I help clients feel safe, heard, and respected as we work together to understand what they are experiencing, identify patterns, and build practical skills for emotional regulation, healthier coping, stronger boundaries, and meaningful change.

I often use DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, solution-focused strategies, systemic perspectives, and attachment-based approaches. I work with adolescents, young adults, women, men, and families navigating anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, family or relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. When appropriate and welcomed by the client, I can also provide faith-informed support in a respectful, clinically grounded way.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space to begin sharing what brings them to therapy. We will talk about what you have been experiencing, what support you are looking for, and what goals you would like to work toward.

My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and clear about the next steps. Together, we will begin identifying your needs, strengths, and therapy goals while creating a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and collaborative.
