A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that individuals have great capacity for growth, change and healing. Therapy plays an essential role in helping people achieve an expanded awareness of themselves and of themselves in relation to others. I take a compassionate, non-judgmental, strength-based approach as I support you in dealing with challenging life experiences.

What you can expect from our first session

I would like to create a safe space without judgment where you feel comfortable exploring the issues that brought you into therapy.
