Great to meet you!

I graduated from the University of Oklahoma and am passionate about helping individuals feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey. I use a client-centered approach, meaning I believe you are the expert on your own life and that therapy should be tailored to your individual needs, experiences, strengths, and goals.

I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where clients feel comfortable being open and honest about what they are experiencing. I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is an important part of the counseling process, and I meet each client where they are with compassion, patience, and understanding.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you do not have to have everything figured out before you begin. My goal is to walk alongside you, help you develop healthy coping skills, work through challenges, strengthen relationships, and build confidence as you work toward the changes you want to make in your life.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients using a client-centered approach, focusing on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable being yourself. I believe every client is unique, and I tailor therapy to your individual needs, experiences, strengths, and goals.

Together, we will explore the challenges you are experiencing, identify patterns that may be impacting your well-being, and develop healthy coping strategies and practical skills that you can use in everyday life. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I want you to feel heard, respected, and involved in your treatment.

My goal is to meet you where you are, support you through challenges, celebrate your progress, and help you build the confidence and skills needed to create meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to be met with compassion, respect, and without judgment during each session. I will provide a safe and supportive space where you can openly share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.

Sessions will be collaborative and focused on your individual needs and goals. We may explore current concerns, identify patterns or triggers, discuss emotions and behaviors, and work together on coping strategies and practical skills that can be used outside of therapy.

I will listen to you, provide support and encouragement, and offer feedback and guidance when appropriate. Most importantly, I want you to feel heard and understood. My goal is for each session to provide you with a space to work through challenges, recognize your strengths, and take meaningful steps toward the changes you want to make.
