Great to meet you!

I believe that admirable qualities exist in all of us and in the courageous human condition to gravitate towards personal betterment even in the midst of hardship. While we strive towards progress, our thoughts and behaviors can fall into rigid patterns. I enable individuals to break through unhealthy habits, extend out of comfort zones, overcome challenges, rediscover inner wisdom, and ultimately reach authentic rewards. Each person is their own expert and I will empower you to get there.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer specialized eating disorder, mood and trauma therapy to adults and teens. While I see clients individually, I also support caregivers in again accessing their children. Together, we can rediscover your values and reconnect you to a life you deem satisfying in the long run.

What you can expect from our first session

You will leave session with increased sense of worth and decreased shame. You will have felt seen while feeling more confident in using a broadened array of adaptive coping skills. I am happy that you are here, reaching out for support. I look forward to hearing from you and truly honor having the opportunity to know you.
