Great to meet you!

In 2016, I graduated with a Masters Degree in Professional Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner (LSATP) in the state of Virginia. Previously, I have provided both individual and group therapy for non-profit agencies as well as worked as a crisis therapist. I am here to help you live the life you deserve. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and welcome all people to my practice. This will be a safe space for you always.

My approach to therapy

Life is an extraordinary thing but it can also be full of challenges, especially when situations occur that can seem out of our control. My goal is to help you navigate those challenges and begin thriving in your life. I utilize a strengths-based, client-centered holistic approach that considers the person’s mind, body, and spirit. With a focus on individual strengths and the resiliency of people to overcome obstacles, I walk side-by-side with people on the path to healing.

What you can expect from me

Sometimes it can feel like we are just surviving instead of thriving. My goal is to help you reverse that and really begin thriving in the life you deserve.
