Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in private practice since 2020. Beforehand, I worked in Chicago schools as a school social worker and paraprofessional. In my practice I focus on helping individuals throughout the lifespan who are looking for healing from trauma, and help managing anxiety and depressive symptoms.

My approach to therapy

I will work alongside you to receive the holistic support needed through a variety of modalities using a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach. I may recommend manageable activities to do outside therapy, as change best occurs when implemented in small, frequent doses.

What you can expect from me

I am warm, non judgmental, and collaborative in my approach. I acknowledge the courage it takes to reach out and I seek for therapy to be a safe space for you. I will periodically check in to assess for progress toward goals so that we stay on track, adjusting as needed.
