Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical professional counselor who works with adults and older adults, as well as couples and families. I support clients navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship concerns, family conflict, grief, significant stress, eating disorders, and chronic health challenges. I also have training as a clinical nutritionist specializing in integrative nutrition and as a health and wellness coach, which informs my whole-person perspective on mental health. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you recognize your strengths while creating meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, strengths-based, and tailored to your goals, needs, and lived experience. I draw from evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based therapy, motivational interviewing, family systems, emotionally focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Depending on what you’re working through, we may explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, behaviors, and the broader factors affecting your well-being. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to help you feel more balanced, clear, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to change, and the challenges you’re currently facing. I’ll listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and work with you to identify priorities for treatment. We’ll begin developing a personalized care plan and discuss practical strategies that can support your progress. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and comfortable taking the next step in your therapeutic journey.
