Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Lauren. I’m a therapist with over 12 years. I help adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, easily overstimulated, or stuck in patterns they’re ready to change. I know therapy can feel intimidating at first, so I try to create a space that feels warm, real, and easy to talk in. You don’t have to have the “right words” or have everything figured out. We can start exactly where you are and work through it together.

My approach to therapy

My style is supportive, honest, and down-to-earth. I want you to feel safe and understood, but I’ll also gently challenge you when it can help you grow. I use a flexible approach based on what you need. Sometimes that means building coping skills, working through emotions, changing patterns, setting boundaries, or learning how to respond to life in a healthier way.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you want support with, and what you hope therapy can help with. You don’t have to share everything all at once. We’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable and start building a plan that makes sense for you.
