My approach to therapy

People are interesting and complex. What is said and done on the surface is only the beginning, There can be a hundred different motives to the same behavior and through therapy clients can gain a better understanding of why they do what they do. From there they can decide whether they want to continue on that same path or decide it is time to forge a new one.

What you can expect from me

I feel privileged that clients trust me with their story. My goal in working with clients is that they reach their own goals. I strive to make each client feel understood, respected, and supported as they learn more about themselves.
