Great to meet you!
My goal is to provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), I bring more than six years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in child welfare. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals and families through difficult life transitions, trauma, grief, family conflict, anxiety, and uncertainty. My experience includes helping children and youth process worries and fears, providing psychoeducation to caregivers and families, connecting individuals with community resources, and supporting adults in accessing housing, employment, and substance use treatment services. These experiences have strengthened my ability to meet people where they are while recognizing the resilience they already possess.
I believe that every person has unique strengths, and I use a strengths-based, collaborative approach to help clients build on those strengths while working toward their goals.
