Great to meet you!

As an independently licensed therapist for seven years and with, with decades of experience doing deep listening and learning, it is my heart's work to help people achieve the life and wellbeing they are wanting for themselves. I specialize in working with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and the emotional side of chronic physical conditions such as migraines, IBS, vertigo, and autoimmune disorders. Often, these challenges are more than just symptoms—they are signals that something deeper is asking to be seen and healed.

My approach to therapy

Life changes, past experiences and chronic conditions can leave you feeling disconnected from who you are. My role as a therapist is to help you make sense of what you’ve been through, and support you in creating the life you want—authentically and sustainably. I partner with you and your own internal wisdom, to bring forward changes that are meaningful for you. This is an interactive process that builds trust and progresses at a pace that feels right for you. The main modalities utilized are EMDR, somatic therapy, and Internal Family Systems.

What you can expect from me

You can expect that you will have choice at each step of the journey and that I will honor your lived experiences. You can expect that your inner wisdom about each next step will be honored in the process. You can expect to gain clarity and focus, along with identifying the best next steps.

With Somatic therapy we’ll gently explore where emotions live in the body, helping you feel more connected, calm, and at home in yourself.

With EMDR we will safely reprocess difficult memories, not by reliving them, but by reducing their emotional intensity and helping the brain "file them away" properly. Clients often tell me they feel lighter, less reactive, and more in control after this work.

With Internal Family Systems we will identify each of the parts of you, the roles they serve, and how use that information to move forward to the life you are wanting for yourself.
