Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, having earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland in 2019, I am passionate about supporting women across the perinatal spectrum, helping them navigate the emotional and mental health challenges that often arise during this time. As a mother of two who has personally navigated my own postpartum journey, I combine my clinical expertise with personal experience to help clients face these challenges with compassion, understanding, and support.

Additionally, I have extensive experience working with adults and families in healthcare, including hospice, chronic illness management, and mental health challenges like anxiety and depression. I’ve supported individuals with chronic substance use, ADHD, and family conflicts. My goal is to collaborate with you to develop a personalized plan that addresses these issues and helps you find peace and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy prioritizes empathy and understanding within a non-judgmental space to help individuals explore and grow. I integrate strengths-based and solutions-focused methods, guiding clients toward practical solutions. I often utilize CBT and mindfulness techniques to help clients recognize and challenge unhelpful thought patterns while developing healthier coping strategies. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful and purposeful changes in their lives.

What you can expect from me

My clients describe me as insightful, thought-provoking, and understanding. My goal is to help you find sustainable solutions that foster self-acceptance, increase self-worth, and build healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges. I strive to create an environment where you feel supported in making positive changes that align with your values and help you navigate life with greater confidence and resilience.
