Hi, I am Laurie Ford, LCMHC , Christian therapist, Ministry Leader, Speaker and Founder of Crowned for This Counseling and Consulting PLLC. We are a private mental health practice created specifcally for women of faith, pastors, ministry leaders, church staff who are used to pouring into everyone else but rarely have a safe place to ego pour out. With over 16 years of Professional experience ion Mental/ Behavioral Health counseling and years of hands on ministry leading experience, I understand both the spiritual weight and the emotional cost that often comes with answering the call of God on your life.

My Approach blends with therapeutic practices and biblical wisdom to help clients with inner child trauma, navigate burnout, identity development, rebuilding identity, and creating healthy boundaries without abandoning your assignment. I support ministry leaders and Christian women who are strong in public, but are quietly struggling in private.
