Laurie May

Hi. I'm Laurie May. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience. I have worked in both schools and private practice for quite some time. I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background having grown up in Japan and living briefly in Mexico. I have worked with people struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, grief and life stressors.

I believe in you, the client, and your ability to grow, change, and feel empowered. We can take your sessions at your pace and I will support you in looking at many of your patterns, as well as helping you to uncover fears, sadnesses and worries that might be blocking you from growing.

My clients tell me they feel better after our sessions. They feel listened to, and held in a safe, nonjudgmental space.
