Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of Michigan State University, providing therapy for clients of all ages. My work is grounded in a trauma‐informed approach, and I am certified in EMDR and TF‐CBT. I specialize in supporting victims of crime, non‐offending caregivers, domestic violence survivors, and individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, and the effects of trauma.

My approach to therapy

I work extensively with children experiencing trauma, big behaviors, emotional dysregulation, and difficulty expressing their needs. I use play therapy, art and music‐based interventions, and sand tray techniques to help kids process their experiences safely and build healthy coping skills.

With teens and adults, I offer talk therapy, EMDR, and expressive approaches such as art therapy and music‐based interventions to deepen insight, support emotional regulation, and promote healing.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe, caring space where clients of all ages can share their experiences and work toward meaningful change. In the first session, we’ll have a chance to get to know each other, go over the agreed-upon therapeutic guidelines, and identify the main reason for seeking services.
