Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated therapist passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s complex rhythms to discover paths for healing and growth. My work centers on supporting those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and relationship challenges. With over 20 years of experience within the neurodiverse and autism spectrum community, I bring deep expertise and compassion to every session, fostering a space where you can truly thrive.

I understand that beginning this journey can feel overwhelming, especially since healing is rarely a linear path. Much like the natural ebb and flow of the world, therapy has its own momentum and occasional roadblocks. I meet you exactly where you are with patience and creativity, offering encouragement as we move forward together at a pace that feels right for you.

In my practice, I strive to create a warm, affirming, and safe environment where you can comfortably explore your emotions and goals. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the very foundation of healing. My integrative approach is person-centered and tailored to your unique needs, blending mindfulness, CBT, and emotion regulation techniques to provide a holistic support system.

Working with children, teens, adults, and families, I hold a firm belief in the human capacity for lasting change. As a certified Prepare & Enrich Facilitator, I also provide specialized support for couples at any stage of their journey. I am committed to helping you find the specific tools and clarity needed to support your personal evolution.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach that draws from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), mindfulness-based techniques, and strengths-focused interventions. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, gain insight into patterns, and develop practical tools to navigate life transitions, manage anxiety or depression, and foster personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe, supportive space where they feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, uncover the patterns that may be holding you back, and develop new ways of thinking and coping. My goal is to help you gain greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and confidence in navigating life’s changes — so you can move toward healing and living a more authentic, fulfilling life.
