Great to meet you!
Do you find yourself repeating the same disappointing relationship patterns, despite your insight and genuine efforts to change them? All of us have blind spots that can quietly undermine our relationships. These patterns are often rooted in assumptions, emotional habits, and adaptations we developed in formative relationships. While these adaptations may once have helped us cope or connect, they may no longer serve us today. As you gain a clearer understanding of the role you play in these patterns, you'll have the power to transform your relationships for the better; and, by extension, your life. Helping people build healthier, more fulfilling relationships is some of the most meaningful work I do.
I am a past President of the Washington, DC Psychological Association and Adjunct Professor of Psychology at American University, and my research has focused on cross-cultural and LGBTQIA+ experiences. I work with professionals and thoughtful individuals navigating complex relational and personal challenges. I would be glad to connect and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
