Great to meet you!

Mental & Behavioral Health is the cornerstone of wellness, and it's been my lifetime journey to guide others to finding their most vital life. I have been practicing as a licensed Clinical Psychologist since 2016, graduating from Illinois Institute of Technology. I have specialized in Evidence Based Therapies for Insomnia, Anxiety, Depression & PTSD, with particular focus & training in Veteran's and Women's issues.

My approach to therapy

My focus is always recovery, where I strive to work with clients to find a pathway back to living life guided by what is important to you. I bring a background of experience in Evidence Based Therapy, where the hope is that I can support clients to reclaim their life as quickly as possible. I don't want you to have to be in therapy for years before you start feeling better! Think of me as your guide on your mental health recovery journey!

What you can expect from me

At our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other. I will listen to your story, and work to understand what brings you into therapy at this time. We will collaboratively set goals for our work together, and discuss available therapies that may the right option for you.
