Great to meet you!

I believe that being human means experiencing the beautiful, messy, and sometimes unexpected parts of life. I’m someone who values genuine connection, honest conversations, and the ability to show up as we are, without feeling the need to have it all together. I understand that life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of ourselves, and I can empathize with the courage it takes to begin working through those experiences. My own life challenges and therapeutic journey have reminded me that growth takes time, healing looks different for everyone, and asking for support is a strength, not a weakness. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to people or their experiences. I value curiosity over assumptions, compassion alongside accountability, and creating space for both the difficult conversations and the moments of laughter that make us human. My hope is that you feel comfortable being honest, exploring the parts of yourself you may still be figuring out, and discovering that you can acknowledge where you’ve been while still making room for where you want to go.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in meeting you where you are, honoring your individual experiences, and building a genuine connection through open, honest conversation. I believe therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating or overly structured to be meaningful. I strive to create a relaxed, welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself, speak openly, and explore difficult emotions without fear of judgment. Our conversations may sometimes challenge you to reflect, consider new perspectives, or step outside of your comfort zone, but always with compassion, collaboration, and respect for your pace. My goal is to create a space that feels low-pressure but purposeful, where you feel supported through the hard conversations, empowered to discover your strengths, and encouraged to grow in ways that feel authentic to you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity to slow down, feel heard, and begin sharing your story in a space built on compassion, respect, and understanding. You can expect a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where your voice matters, your feelings are valued, and you can show up exactly as you are. There is no pressure to have everything figured out or share more than you feel comfortable with. Together, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy, identify your needs and goals, and begin building a trusting relationship at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and supported as we begin your journey toward growth and healing.
