Great to meet you!

In life things can get overwhelming and I am here to help with the ups and downs of it all whether individually or within relationships. I know culturally, initially starting therapy can be scary, intimidating, or just looked down on. I provide a warm and inviting experience to include empathic and reflective listening skills as I am here to help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health. I believe in having balance holistically/spiritually and want to help you have more peace in your life.

My approach to therapy

I have been able to focus on better understanding what causes problems and issues to arise to then see how to best address them. You can expect my approach to therapy to be like building blocks as we will build upon the strengths that you already posses while incorporating new skills and tools to use on a daily basis. I have specialized training in areas to include the anxiety treatment, positive psychology for self-esteem, and addiction treatment for individuals and family support.

What you can expect from me

Do situations in your life feel like 10ft waves and to manage you are using a flimsy shovel digging your way out? Taking on life this way seems never ending and impossible. Dealing with uncertainty and stressors in life play a huge role in your mood and self-esteem in being able to find a way out. With therapy, I am dedicated to help you uncover different ways to break out of habitual cycles, cope better, repair relationships, and feel empowered to take your life back.
