Great to meet you!

I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years in roles including psychosocial rehabilitation, community support, care coordination, and outpatient therapy. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I work with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and feelings of disconnection. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling lost, stuck, or uncertain about their path forward. My goal is to provide a supportive space where clients can better understand themselves and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I integrate EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and somatic approaches to support healing and growth. I believe people already possess strengths that can help them move forward, even when those strengths feel difficult to access. Together, we explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck and build practical tools for creating a more authentic and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I focus on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will explore your concerns, goals, and the strengths you already possess. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. By the end of the session, we'll begin identifying a path forward that feels meaningful and achievable.
