Great to meet you!

Hi! I love working with adolescents - young adults, some of my main populations I work with are teen girls, neurodivergent populations and the LGBTQ+ community. Before my work as a therapist, I was an academic advisor and also worked for the National Suicide Prevention Hotline. I am excited to see if we are a good fit :)

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is very relaxed, nonjudgemental and person-centered. I love being a safe and comfy person for others and you will feel that in sessions. I have a lot of experience working with clients who experience suicidal ideation / self-harm and focus on young people.

What you can expect from me

What to expect from our first session: feeling comfortable! I genuinely want everyone to feel comfortable and like it is a good fit for us to work together.
