Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I believe that caring for your mental health is an important part of feeling more balanced, grounded, and connected in your life. I also know firsthand how hard it can be to take that first step into therapy, and I want you to know you’re not alone in that.

I work with adults (18+) seeking support for recovery, life transitions, relational and attachment concerns, grief and loss, as well as anxiety and depression. My goal is to offer a supportive, collaborative space where you can better understand what you’re experiencing, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and move toward change at a pace that feels manageable and authentic for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in helping clients better understand their patterns, regulate emotions, and build healthier connections with themselves and others. I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, honest, and practical, supporting both insight and real-life change.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive space where we focus on getting to know you and what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk through current concerns, relevant history, and what you’re hoping to gain from the process at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My goal is to create an environment that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. Clients often leave the first session with a clearer sense of direction, an understanding of how I work, and what our work together may look like moving forward.
