Great to meet you!

I ran an overnight crisis service for eight years, and these days I love working with people who are still showing up for work and life but feel stuck on something. If you're high functioning and ready to roll up your sleeves, reach out and let's talk about what's going on.

My approach to therapy

I'm really good at short-term, focused work: limited sessions, a clear goal, and we bang it out. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which helps you catch the thought patterns keeping you stuck and practice new responses, along with skills from dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) for handling strong emotions, whatever we need. I believe in transparency, so I'll be real with you about what I'm seeing. LGBTQIA+ folks, you're my people. Come to me and we'll work it out.

What you can expect from me

Sessions are by telehealth for clients in Pennsylvania. When we first meet, I'll ask what's going on and what you want to be different, and we'll set a plan with a deliberate number of sessions. You'll leave clear on what we're working on and ready for the next step.
