Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Leah McGrath, LCSW, LCASA, and I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to work with you. I hold a BA in Psychology, a Master’s in Teaching, and a Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University. I am trained in CBT, DBT, and trauma treatment among others, enabling me to provide a compassionate, evidence-based approach to care. I provide comprehensive ADHD assessments and compassionate, personalized support for a variety of mental health and substance use concerns, creating a space where clients feel understood and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered, solution-focused, and strengths-based. I believe in creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard and valued. Together, we’ll explore your unique experiences, identify your goals, and focus on practical solutions to help you achieve meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with practical tools and coping skills they can apply to their daily lives. Together, we’ll work on strategies tailored to your unique needs, helping you manage challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Beyond that, clients often gain greater self-awareness, a deeper understanding of their strengths, and a renewed sense of confidence in navigating life’s ups and downs.
