Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with seven years of healthcare experience. I provide personalized psychiatric medication management for adults, with a particular focus on anxiety and mood disorders, women’s mental health, and maternal mental health. I’m committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care that considers each person’s unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, solution-focused, and direct. I take time to understand the full picture, including symptoms, life circumstances, goals, and factors that may be affecting your mental health. I believe treatment should be collaborative, but I also believe you should receive clear clinical guidance and honest recommendations. When medication is appropriate, we will work together to find a treatment plan that supports meaningful improvement in your symptoms, functioning, and overall quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will be a thorough but comfortable conversation about what brings you to treatment, your current symptoms, relevant history, and your goals for care. We’ll discuss what may be contributing to your symptoms and review treatment options, including whether medication may be appropriate. I’ll answer your questions, explain my recommendations clearly, and work with you to develop an individualized plan for moving forward. My goal is for you to leave your first appointment feeling heard, informed, and clear about the next steps in your care.
