Great to meet you!

I've been a social worker for 20 years. Great therapist lean on their own experiences to support the wellness of others. I believe that human to human is how we heal and it's a key part of how I hold space for my clients. I am passionate about women's issues, especially overfunctioning professional women who are seeking permission to rest. I am a double HBCU grad and have worked in a variety of clinical environments. I am committed to supporting the healing of marginalized populations. I am trained in several evidenced based trauma modalities and the model of treatment that I've had the most success with is meeting the client exactly where they are! In my free time I love to cook, be a plant caregiver, walk, and geek out on historical novels/television shows.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is radical curiosity and human to human healing.

What you can expect from me

Clients will walk away from session being introspective, more boundaried, and committed to being your best self.
