Great to meet you!

I became a psychotherapist because everyone needs “that person” in their life who will always believe in them, support them, and not judge them based on their past. As we all continue to navigate life’s transitions and changes, there are points where we find ourselves needing extra guidance and support. Whether you are currently thriving or struggling in life, deciding to seek therapy can be a challenging, rewarding, and life-changing experience. As a therapist, I strive to be “that person” by providing a non-judgmental, warm, and compassionate environment that fosters growth.

My approach to therapy

I don’t believe that any single therapeutic theory has all the answers. Instead, I take an integrative approach, combining concepts from various therapeutic modalities—CBT, IFS, DBT, ACT, existential, solution-focused, and psychodynamic therapy—because I believe this gives clients the best opportunity for growth. Each individual is unique, and different approaches work at different times and for different needs. By blending these diverse theories, I can create a personalized treatment plan that addresses the complexities of a client's emotional, behavioral, and psychological experiences. My approach is rooted in transparency and authenticity, helping clients gain not only practical tools but also deeper insights into their thoughts and feelings. I aim to empower clients with a comprehensive understanding of themselves, so they can make informed choices and achieve lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions not only with practical coping strategies but also with a deeper understanding of the psychological theories that shape their experiences. I believe that real change happens when people understand the ‘why’ behind their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By integrating psychological theories into our work—whether it’s cognitive-behavioral concepts, attachment theory, or interpersonal dynamics—I help clients see patterns more clearly and apply evidence-based strategies in their daily lives. My goal is to empower clients with knowledge, so they can make informed choices, develop self-compassion, and feel more in control of their personal growth.
