Great to meet you!

I have worked with children, youth and families. I have diverse experiences in working with individuals with serious emotional disturbances and intellectual disabilities and supporting families with learning tools to come together and function successfully. I am an optimist and I believe this is felt with the families and individuals I work with.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach has always been to meet you where your are and learn what you feel brought you therapy. I believe in the value of allowing individuals and families with guiding their treatment and identifying their treatment goals. I take a person-centered, strength-based approach to support the individual’s and families I work with.

What you can expect from our first session

I would hope that people will feel supported and empowered after sessions. My goal is to assist you with navigating your life changes and moving toward the goals and expectations you have for yourself. I would hope that if you came seeking resolution for conflict, whether it be internal or familial, that you feel better prepared with tools to move forward with resolution and a vision for the future.
