I enjoy working with individuals, couples & families. I’ve had the privilege of working with veterans and their families, supporting them through relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, and reintegration stress. This experience deepened my appreciation for the resilience people carry and the complexity of healing within relationships.
I’ve worked with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds, and I strive to create a space where people feel respected, challenged when needed, and supported in making meaningful changes. My work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t happen in isolation—and therapy can be a powerful place to reconnect with yourself and others.
I bring a grounded, collaborative approach to therapy, drawing from modalities like systems theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. My approach is direct, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that if what you have been doing isn't working, its worth trying something new. I am committed to helping you navigate life's challenges through a holistic and trauma-informed lens. My approach integrates emotional, psychological, physical, and relational aspects of healing-recognizing that each person carries a unique story shaped by their experiences, environment, social and physical well-being and inner strengths. Rooted in the values of empathy and collaboration, I tailor each therapeutic relationship to meet the individual where they are in a safe, inclusive, and empowering space. I honor the complexity of each person's lived experience and partner with clients to uncover their own capacity for growth, connection, and wholeness.
Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater clarity, practical tools for coping and communication, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their patterns. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and empowered to take steps that align with the life you want to lead.
