Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I am a Substance Use Counselor, which means I work specifically with individuals who are navigating substance use or a combination of substance use and mental health concerns. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore the patterns and pressures that have led to using substances as a way to cope. I understand that substance use often develops in response to pain, stress, or disconnection, not because someone is weak or broken. My role is to help clients understand their story, make sense of their experiences, and begin healing at a pace that feels safe and steady.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends compassion with accountability. I believe in creating a supportive space where clients feel heard and validated while also being gently challenged to break patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we focus on building healthier coping skills, rediscovering inner strengths, and reconnecting with purpose. Whether you’re navigating a life transition or healing from long-standing struggles, I meet you where you are—always with care, curiosity, and honesty.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling more grounded, supported, and empowered. Over time, they will gain greater self-awareness, develop more effective coping strategies, and begin to create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. My hope is that each session helps clients feel a little more equipped to move forward—one step at a time—with clarity, confidence, and renewed purpose.
