Great to meet you!

I am just like you, I have strengths and weaknesses, victories and struggles. Together we can help you to live your best life. I have spent many years helping individuals , families, and couples process the pain of depression, anxiety, and trauma. My approach integrates Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Therapy and Marriage Therapy to address the complexities of struggling relationships, family conflict, and mental and behavioral health concerns. I am a licensed Clinical Social worker with a Master of Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington. I am currently licensed in Missouri, Oregon, and Texas.

My approach to therapy

Treating clients with dignity and respect while valuing the right to self-determination creates an environment of person-centered and self-directed treatment. I views the client as the expert of their life knowing they best understand their needs. Using a holistic approach to treatment I promote strength, and healing, creating a supportive environment.

What you can expect from me

Believing the trusting relationship created between a therapist and client is the most important part of treatment, LeAnna uses empathic and active listening to allow you to tell your story. LeAnna will help you to feel understood and validated ensuring therapy becomes a safe place to blossom into the person you desire to become.
