Great to meet you!

I work with adults and parents who often feel like they’re managing a lot on the outside while internally feeling stuck in patterns that repeat across relationships, self-doubt, or emotional reactions. Many clients come in noticing that parenting, stress, or relationship dynamics bring up responses that feel bigger than the situation and are hard to make sense of. In our work, we start with what’s happening in your current life and then connect those experiences to earlier patterns so you can understand them in context rather than feel overwhelmed by them.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, structured, and focused on patterns over time. We look at what’s happening in your day-to-day life, and then explore how those reactions and relationship dynamics may be connected to earlier experiences. I don’t see therapy as just talking through the week; we work to understand what’s driving patterns so they become clearer and more workable, not just something to manage.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance to talk through what’s been bringing you to therapy and start identifying the patterns you’ve been noticing. We’ll discuss current stressors, how long certain themes have been present, and where you first started recognizing similar feelings or reactions. You’ll also get a sense of how I work so you can decide if it feels like a good fit.
