Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Laquanya Spann. You deserve a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment. In therapy, you’ll find warmth, honesty, and support as you navigate challenges and build clarity and confidence.

Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, and create practical tools that fit your goals and values. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change, you’ll have a partner to walk alongside you with compassion and respect.

My approach to therapy

Your therapy experience is designed to fit you. You and your family deserve a space where challenges can be shared and worked through with care. Children often make sense of the world through play, and in that space they can begin to heal and grow. Adolescents, families, and adults alike benefit from being truly heard, especially when life feels heavy or uncertain.

For women, life brings unique seasons. Waiting, transition, loss, motherhood, and everything in between. The highs and lows can be overwhelming, and you don’t have to walk through them alone. In therapy, you’ll find a safe, supportive place to process your feelings, make sense of your experiences, and move toward hope and connection.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. Whether we're exploring patterns, addressing specific challenges, or working on long-term growth, I focus on helping you build self-awareness, emotional resilience, and actionable strategies.

You’ll gain not just insight—but also skills to manage stress, set boundaries, improve relationships, and navigate life with more confidence and intention. Over time, many clients report feeling more grounded, more in control of their emotions, and more connected to their authentic selves.
