Great to meet you!

I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I offer therapy for individuals working with a variety of struggles including depression, anxiety, body image, disordered eating and eating disorders, navigating non-binary/gender fluid/transgender identities, sex and sexuality, and traversing life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness, and yoga. Influenced by my own yoga practice I take a holistic approach and strive to integrate the body into talk therapy. I endeavor to create a trauma informed collaborative environment of mutual trust and safety.

What you can expect from me

I start most first sessions with the question "what brings you to therapy at this time?". The first session is a chance for me to get to know what your goals are as well as a chance for you to get a vibe check and see if it feels like a good fit.
