Great to meet you!

Welcome! If you are looking for a therapist who is curious, kind, and can think creatively, you’re in the right place. I have worked in LGBTQ+ communities for over 10 years and I love supporting people who live outside of the norm. My practice is open to all, and I am especially experienced in working with clients who are going through major life changes, such as identity shifts, grief and loss, relationship changes, and career transitions.

My approach to therapy

Whether it is your first time in therapy or you're looking for a fresh perspective, I'm here to support you through life's changes. We may not always know what the future holds, but together we can build tools and resources to help you face each day.

What you can expect from me

We will collaborate to come up with treatment goals that will guide our time together. My hope is that therapy can be a place where you feel comfortable being yourself, so that we can work through things that might feel otherwise difficult to process alone. You may book an introductory session with through the link in my bio to get started. ***(Note, I am more likely to respond to an email than a phone call if you have any questions in advance of meeting).
