Great to meet you!

On the outside, your life may look successful. You have a career, responsibilities, and people counting on you, but internally you may feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, or disconnected from the life you want to be living. I work with adults and seniors who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, chronic stress, panic disorders, trauma, PTSD, men's issues, end-of-life concerns, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are professionals, caregivers, healthcare workers, executives, entrepreneurs, and other high-achieving individuals who have spent so much time taking care of everyone else that they've lost sight of their own well-being. My goal isn't simply to help you manage symptoms - it's to help you reconnect with what matters most so you can move through life with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose. Whether you're feeling burned out, stuck, or uncertain about your next chapter, therapy can be a place to slow down, gain perspective, and begin creating meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

For more than 28 years, I've helped people through some of life's most challenging moments across inpatient psychiatric hospitals, outpatient treatment, crisis services, and private practice. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique goals because I believe meaningful change happens when therapy fits your life - not the other way around. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt therapy, Positive Psychology, and experiential techniques to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing skills you can apply outside of our sessions. Together, we'll work to reduce anxiety, depression, panic, and stress, process trauma and PTSD, strengthen emotional resilience, and build healthier patterns that support lasting growth. Rather than simply focusing on what's wrong, we'll identify your strengths and use them as a foundation for meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are without fear of judgment. Our first sessions are an opportunity for me to understand your experiences, learn what's most important to you, and work together to develop a plan that reflects your goals and values. Whether you're seeking relief from anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, or simply feeling ready to create a more fulfilling life, we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable while celebrating progress along the way. If you're ready to stop simply getting through each day and start building a life that feels more intentional and meaningful, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
