Great to meet you!

My name is Dr. Lee, and it’s a pleasure to meet you. I am an alumnus of the University of Massachusetts, where I completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). I then went back to school and earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Frontier University, specializing in psych-mental health throughout the lifespan.

My approach to therapy

I have combined experience of over twenty years in psychiatry, spanning direct-care support, registered nursing, and now as a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). As a Psych NP, my approach is holistic, patient-centered, and grounded in the biopsychosocial model. I focus on building strong therapeutic relationships, providing evidence-based medication management, and working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. I prioritize trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care and engage patients and families in shared decision-making to support long-term wellness.

What you can expect from me

My experience spans inpatient, outpatient, detention, long-term care facilities, IOP, PRP, and residential treatment centers. I have experience working with people of all ages. My specialty includes, but is not limited to, mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, addictions/SUDs, schizophrenia, autism spectrum, and dementia. Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and better understood. They’ll gain insight into their mental health, learn practical coping strategies, and receive clear, compassionate guidance about treatment options. My goal is to empower them with knowledge, help them build emotional resilience, and work with them to create a manageable and meaningful plan.

I look forward to being your provider on this journey of mental health treatment and recovery.
