Great to meet you!

Feeling trapped by anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or procrastination? I help you gain calm and control with practical, evidence-based CBT and ERP -informed tools. I help adults with anxiety and OCD intrusive thoughts, reduce chronic overthinking, and feel steady again in their daily life and relationships. My approach integrates ERP and CBT for practical symptom relief with deeper attachment and parts-based work to address long-standing relational patterns, self-criticism, and codependency. Therapy with me is structured, collaborative, and paced to your individual path.

Many functioning adults struggle with anxiety, OCD, or procrastination that persists even when they understand what’s happening.

These patterns aren’t a lack of willpower —

They may be learned responses that can be changed with the right support and tools.

Together, we create tailored plan for transcending patterns that have kept you stuck.

You’ll leave sessions with language for your patterns, tools that work in real time, and a quiet confidence you didn’t think was possible.

I specialize in:

  • OCD and intrusive thought spirals
  • Anxiety that shows up as overthinking, perfectionism, or constant second-guessing, emotional eating
  • Codependent relationship dynamics
  • Navigating old-school family dynamics without shrinking yourself

People tell me they value my sincerity, warmth, and ability to make them feel truly seen — while also being gently challenged to grow.

If you’re ready to stop spinning and start shifting, schedule a session with me today.

My approach to therapy

Together, we create tools for transcending patterns that have kept you stuck.

You’ll leave sessions with language for your patterns, tools that work in real time, and a quiet relief and confidence that comes with that.

I take a whole-person approach, noticing thoughts, emotions, body, learning and communication styles, and how you personally use language — so every tool and strategy is tailored to you.

I specialize in:

  • Anxiety as overthinking, perfectionism, or constant second-guessing
  • OCD and intrusive thought spirals
  • Codependency and relationship dynamics
  • Self-esteem that doesn’t depend on external validation
  • Navigating old-school family dynamics without shrinking yourself

Most clients notice meaningful progress within 8 sessions. You keep control; I provide guidance and evidence-based tools.

I'm complimented for my sincerity, warmth, and ability to make clients feel truly seen — while also being gently challenged to grow. If you’re ready to stop spinning and start shifting, let’s talk.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a confidential, and collaborative space — no pressure, no judgment, just honest conversation.

We’ll start by getting to know what’s been on your mind — the thoughts you can’t shake, the patterns you keep noticing, the ways you’ve been trying to cope. I’ll listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and help you clarify what may be driving your patterns as well as well as your goals — not just what you want to change, but why it matters to you.

You’ll leave with a clearer roadmap of how we’ll approach treatment and at least one practical strategy you can begin using immediately. My goal is for you to feel understood, grounded, and confident that there is a structured path forward.

Together, we’ll map out a personalized approach — blending practical tools (like CBT, mindfulness, self-compassion, and ERP) with deeper exploration of your thoughts, emotions, learning and communication styles as we shift the relationship to the targeted patterns.

  • A clearer sense of how therapy can support you
  • An actionable step you can try right away
  • A feeling of being truly heard, understood, and supported

You don’t need to have the words or theories on what is going on for you — just a willingness to show up and start.

I believe the first session should feel like a real conversation — not a test, not a diagnosis — but a step toward feeling more like yourself again.

Let’s begin.
