Great to meet you!

Hello, Hola, Xin chào!

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and I'm glad you're here. I believe healing happens when you feel safe, understood, and empowered to show up as your authentic self.

I'm a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming therapist with over a decade of experience supporting adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, OCD, life transitions, burnout, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and the lasting impact of difficult life experiences.

As a culturally affirming, polylingual clinician, I integrate identity, culture, and intergenerational experiences into therapy while creating a space where every client feels respected, valued, and celebrated.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT) for OCD, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, somatic techniques, attachment-focused therapy, and parts-based work. Together, we'll explore patterns that no longer serve you, strengthen your resilience, and develop practical tools to support lasting change. I also have a passion for holistic healing and increasing access to animal-assisted therapy through my nonprofit work. While not every session includes animals, I believe the human-animal bond can be a powerful part of recovery and growth. Whether you're processing past trauma, managing anxiety or OCD, navigating a major life transition, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to do it alone. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, reconnect with your strengths, and build a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and authentic.

If you think we might be a good fit, I'd love to connect. Schedule a free consultation, and let's talk about how we can work together to support your healing journey.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a supportive, judgment-free space. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I also want to learn about your strengths, values, relationships, cultural background, and the experiences that have shaped your life—not just the difficulties you're carrying.

We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. There is no pressure to share everything during our first meeting. My goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and understood while beginning to identify meaningful goals for therapy. Depending on your needs and interests, our work may incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to better understand different parts of yourself, Jungian-informed approaches to explore patterns, meaning, and personal growth, along with evidence-based therapies tailored to your goals.

Above all, you can expect compassion, collaboration, authenticity, and a space where you are welcomed exactly as you are. Together, we'll create a path toward healing that honors your unique story and supports lasting change.
