Great to meet you!

I have almost 20 years of experience as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), a masters degree from National University and am a co-founder of Mending Trauma, a holistic mental health company that specializes in trauma recovery using a whole-health approach via a telehealth platform.

My specialty is trauma and I have worked with mass trauma, individual trauma, PTSD, cPTSD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic pain and other diagnosis that have trauma as a common underlying condition.

My approach to therapy

I am trained in a range of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, somatic therapy, trauma-informed care, IFS, and EMDR. However, biofeedback—particularly neurofeedback—stands as a foundational pillar of my practice, helping clients directly access and retrain their brain and nervous system for lasting healing. My style is warm, approachable, and collaborative, always tailored to meet you where you are.

While I incorporate elements of talk therapy as needed, my core focus is on clinically proven, holistics, trauma recovery tools that integrate the mind, body, and spirit. These include:

  • Neurofeedback & Biofeedback (a cornerstone for neural rewiring and real-time nervous system regulation)
  • Somatic Therapy
  • Nervous System Regulation Techniques
  • EMDR
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)
  • Community Support

Through this holistic approach, I empower you to minimize the symptoms of trauma and toxic stress, fostering resilience and deep, sustainable recovery.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to start to minimize their symptoms through our work together. Typically, clients begin to feel better after a few weeks, and sometimes sooner.

My goals are to help my clients feel better through an integrated approach using the mind, body, and spirit.
