Great to meet you!

I work with women struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, and stress that comes along with high-achieving personalities. In the past I have appreciated work with transitional aged youth with coming-of-age issues, veteran and veteran issues, minority issues, working to resolve inter-generational trauma, and work with young adults struggling with substance abuse and addiction. My work is eclectic, implementing various treatment models such as CBT, DBT, CPT, Music Therapy, Somatic Therapy+
