Great to meet you!

I really believe that as a therapist, it’s my role to understand you—to truly see and hear you. For us to develop a strong rapport, it’s essential that I put myself in your shoes. I have effective techniques to help you feel better, but what matters most is that you feel I “get” you. If at any point you don’t, I want you to know it’s completely safe to speak up so we can work through it together. I always strive to create a space where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and emotions, and where healing can naturally take place. I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you on your path toward growth and wellbeing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and integrative. I draw from evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and relational techniques, depending on what best fits your needs. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, emotions, and beliefs that shape your experiences. I emphasize compassion, self-awareness, and practical strategies that help you build resilience and create meaningful change in your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you—what brings you here and what you hope to accomplish. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, experiences, and goals, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. I’ll also explain how I work, so you have a clear sense of what to expect from therapy. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and supported, with a sense that we’re beginning a meaningful process together.
