Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm glad you're here. Reaching out for help isn't always easy, and I believe it takes courage to take that first step. For many years, I've had the privilege of helping older teens, adults, and couples work through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate place where we can work together to help you find healing, hope, and practical steps toward the life you want to live.

My approach to therapy

believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and supported. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical—we'll work together to better understand what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop tools that help you move forward with hope. Every client is unique, so I tailor therapy to your individual needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Brainspotting. When working with couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Focused Marital Therapy (FMT), and Restoration Therapy to help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, resolve conflict, and strengthen their relationship.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope will be different in your life. Together, we'll identify goals and begin creating a plan that fits your needs and moves you toward healing and growth. My hope is that you'll leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and encouraged that positive change is possible.
